Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Need "packaging" at wheel build time too. Parsing of version_p into a tuple now is done at build time.

data. The data may be used to seed the random engine for SSL connections.  See
also the --egd-file option.
