Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Need "packaging" at wheel build time too. Parsing of version_p into a tuple now is done at build time.

be one of 'clear', 'safe', 'confidential', or 'private'. Should you use a
level that is not one of these, 'private' will instead be used.
