Implement an alternate syntax for "Explicit Token Types".
Uses a generic two-argument syntax and allows escaping of characters using
the common excaping rules.
For this to work the AlgPseudocodeLexer is now based on Pygment's
ExtendedRegexLexer instead of RegexLexer.
