Refactor: Rename some timestamps-specific variables and methods. Do not rely on Python's "__" mangling for "private" variables

kwarchive  --  "archive" with keyword expansion within selected files

revinfo  --  write a revision summary almost identical to ".hg_archival.txt"
             but with an extra canonical repository path information
